oblatrate
oblatrate
(OB-lah-trayt) - v., to bark or snarl, a like a dog.
Also, in the original Latin, to verbally snap or rail against, but that sense does not seem to have carried over in the English as much as the idea of having a $20 word for barking.
---L.
