Not to be confused with watchet (another light blue) or biche (a pale blue). And that wraps up the interrupted week of Olde Colours. Others considered but not used include glaucous (grayish), gamboge (a dark mustard), filemot (the color of burnt leaves), and strammel (red). Tomorrow, back to the usual farrago.
