griffonage
griffonage (GRIF-uh-nij or grif-uh-NAHJ) - n., careless or illegible handwriting.
No mythical eagle-lion hybrids involved, alas, through given the claws would make holding a pen awkward, I would expect a griffin to produce griffonage. Instead, this is borrowed from French griffonnage, from the verb griffonner, to scribble or scrawl -- and as such is related at deep root to graffiti and a paragraph.
