ophidiophobia (oh-fid-ee-oh-FOH-bee-uh) - n., an abnormal fear of snakes.
Also ophiophobia. The single most commonly reported phobia. Not to be confused with having a perfectly normal caution about venom or being crushed on a phython's coins -- "abnormal" is key here. From Greek roots ophidion, small snake (from ophis, snake) + -phobia, fear.
