laciniate
laciniate (lah-SIN-ee-ayt) - adj., fringed; having a a jagged edge, slashed into narrow pointed lobes.
That last is mostly a botanical sense, but the fringed meaning is used anatomically as well. Coined around 1760 from Latin root lacinia, fringe/flap, akin to lacerare, to rip/tear.
