ubiety (yoo-BAY-i-tee) - n., the state of existing in a particular place.
The condition of existing someplace, as opposed to existing everywhere (ubiquity) or nowhere (nullibiety). From Latin ubi, where + a noun ending -- so the "where-ness" of a thing. (Ubiquity is from ubīque, everywhere.)
