goshbustified
How about a week of colorful 19th century Americanisms? Some of them are even still in use -- though I've never actually seen this one outside of lists of colorful 19th century Americanisms:
goshbustified (gosh-BUH-sti-faid) - adj., pleased and gratified.
With a strong connotation of being excessively so. This seems to have been more in use in the southeastern U.S. than elsewhere, and was still current as of the Civil War.
