plovery (PLOHV-er-ee) - adj., abounding in plovers.
As in the birds. This is not, technically, a leftover from Bird Week, because it is not, technically, a bird. It is many birds. And for those of you who need a citation, I give you W. B. Yeats with "this plovery headland." Plovers are, of course, a shorebird similar to a sandpiper.
