suprapreantepenultimate (SOO-pra-pree-an-tee-pen-UL-ti-mayt) - adj., n., fifth from the end.

Comes before preantepenultimate. This one's a recent coinage, as in the start of this year by a Chicago-area journalist. This isn't the first attempt at coining a word for this, either -- in 1825, a grammarian suggested propreantepenultimate, but that didn't catch on. We'll see whether this one does -- I suspect it might not, given how much easier it is to say "fifth from the end."
