promnesia (prohm-NEE-zee-uh) - n., the feeling of having previously seen or experienced something that is encountered for the first time.
The scientific name for déjà vu -- only instead of meaning "already seen" it can be better translated as "fore-memory" or "memory before." Paramnesia is another, less common, synonym. The term is also used in parapsychology as, I gather, a sort of synonym for precognition.
