toothsome (TOOTH-sum) - adj., pleasing to the taste, appetizing; desirable, voluptuous, sexually alluring (esp. in appearance).
As you might guess from the elements, the taste sense came first -- first attested in writing in 1551. I've seen it used in the sexually appealing sense more often, though.
