benmost (BEN-mohst) - adj., (Scot.) innermost.
Though of course the dictionaries all seem to put it as the superlative form of ben, which is an adjective (inner, interior), noun (inner room of a cottage), and adverb (within, inside), which had the Middle English form binne, from Old English be, which is the same as in Modern English + innan, in.
