pervious (PER-vee-uhs) - adj., permeable, accessible.
Currently, the main sense is physically admitting passage, but an archaic sense is being mentally accessible, as in being open-minded. This is, of course, the little-known positive form of impervious -- from Latin (adopted around 1610) pervius passable, equivalent to to per-, through + via, way/road + adjectival ending.
