leporine (LEP-uh-rain, LEP-uh-rin) - adj., of, relating to, or resembling a hare.
Or a rabbit, since they're both in the family Leporidae, and many people confuse the two anyway. But not pikas, as they don't have the long ears and hind legs. Adopted around 1650 from Latin leporīnus, from lepus, hare.
