plenilunar (ple-ni-LOO-nuhr) - adj., of, pertaining to, or resembling a full moon.
And, yes, there is a full moon now, and I've been saving this word for today. From Latin plēnilūnium, from plēnus, full + lūna, moon. The noun form is plenilune, also rare, but most strictly only poetic.
