nolition (NOH-li-shuhn) - n., adverse action of will, unwillingness.

The state of being unwilling -- the very little-known opposite of volition. A toddler shouting "NO!" is exercising their nolition. This was probably originally coined in Middle French from Latin nōlō, not to will/be unwilling after the pattern of volition from volō, want/wish/intend.
