That's an example of I. delavayi, sometimes called hardy gloxinia even though incarvilleas are bignonias, not gloxinias, example chosen because pretty even though typically they are in the pink spectrum instead of white. Named after 18th century French botanist and Jesuit missionary to China Pierre d'Incarville, who introduced them to Europe.
