prettygoodwordpreantepenultimate (PRE-an-tey-pen-UL-ti-mayt, probably) - adj., n., fourth from the end.
That which is before (pre-) the before (ante-) the just before (pen-) the last (ultimate). Since I'm getting in a few long words anyway. Coined in the 1740s, and used primarily by linguists which describing which syllable has the stress.
