ergophobia (ur-guh-FoH-bee-uh) - n., an irrational fear of work; aversion to work.

Technical the former, especially as a form of performance anxiety, but it acquired the latter meaning soon after being coined in 1905 by Dr. William Dunnett Spanton from Greek roots ergos, work + -phobia, fear.
