besaiel

besaiel (bi-SAY-uhl) - n., (obs.) a great-grandfather.

Yes, there's a special word for it -- or was, as this is thoroughly obsolete now. From French bisaïeul, from Old French beseel/besayel/besaiol, from Latin bis, twice + avolus, diminutive of avus, grandfather.

It's "bisabuelo" in Spanish.
