Also, a handful of closely related species of Spain and northern Africa. The name comes from its song, a repetitive higher-lower tchif-tchaf call, and several other languages have similar names, including Dutch tjiftjaf, the German Zilpzalp, and Welsh siff-saff. This birb, resting on a ferry during migration, has recently molted and has brighter colors than during summer:
