There are a couple other quimps out there, including WWI military slang meaning slack/unsoldierly and comics jargon for a growlix in the shape of a ringed planet aka Saturn, and that's not counting the half-dozen attempts at coinaging it listed on Urban Dictionary. That said, UD has an interesting nugget marked as "by Jeff Adler February 3, 2007" (I can't find a way to direct link) which seems to relate to Green's sense. 🤷🏻♂️
