strigine (STREE-jeen, STREE-juhn) - adj., of, pertaining to, or resembling an owl.

The fancy word for owllike. Coined from Latin strix, screech-owl (using its combining form strig-), from Ancient Greek stríx, screecher, and a doublet of the native Latin cognate strīdō, which gave us stridulate, to make a cricket sound.

screech-owl is judging you
