griseous (GRIS-ee-uhs, GRIZ-ee-uhs) - adj., mottled with gray, esp. bluish gray; grizzled.
I also see it defined as "pearly gray," though I'm not clear on what that might look like. This is a relatively recent import for something from Medieval Latin, as in early 19th century, the Latin being grīseus, of Germanic origin -- French gris, Old High German grīs, and German greis, all meaning gray. (English gray is actually from a different Germanic root.) How that -eus adjectival suffix got on there is a question that no one seems to have a good answer for.
