ecdemic - adj., of foreign origin, of or pertaining to (a disease) originating outside the area where it is observed.
As opposed to endemic, ec- being ex- when it's before a consonant. Which tells you all you need to know about pronunciation and etymology, leaving me only to tell you when it was coined off the model of epidemic, but alas I cannot find that.
