Used especially in the context of lucid dreaming, but someone able to enter someone else's dream a la Inception or Zelazny's The Dream Master counts as well. From Greek roots óneiros, dream + naútēs, sailor -- and I have to admit, the image of sailing upon a dream is a romantic one, to me anyway.
