alexithymia - n., difficulty in recognizing or describing one's emotions.

An alexithymic tends to describe emotions in terms of physical sensations or personal behavior, especially beyond a few basic emotions like "happy" or "sad". Term coined in 1973 by psychotherapist Peter Sifneos from Greek roots, a-, without + lexis, words (for) + thymos, emotions.
