prettygoodwordvila (VEYE-la) - a south-slavic fairy or nymph.
As opposed to the north-slavic wili, which is very similar. The word was borrowed from Serbo-Croatian some time in or before the 19th century, but I'm not able to narrow it down any further at this time.
