letabund (LAE-ta-buhnd) - n., full of joy.

This shows up in lists of obscure words found in the OED. It was at one point a real word, with actual citations ("As bird on breir wes blyth and letabund" --1535), but is pretty dead now. Which is a shame, as there aren't many happy words ending in -bund. Borrowed (probably in the early 16th century?) from Latin lætabundus, participle of lætare, to be joyful.
