aeaeae - adj., magical, of or pertaining to the magic arts. n., magic, the magic arts.


This one is obscure enough to not appear in 20th century dictionaries -- you have to go back to 19th century dictionaries of folklore and mythology. I'm running it anyway because, dude, a 6-letter all-vowel word. Derived from Aeaea, the Latinized spelling of Greek Αἰαία), the island of Circe, the enchantress of the Odyssey, which was in turn probably named for her, what with her being the sister of AEetes (and so Medea's aunt).
