tiromancy or tyromancy (TIE-roh-man-see) - n., divination by using cheese.
Per standard dictionary, especially by watching it coagulate, but works on divination document that just about any aspect of cheeses could be used: the pattern of holes or of molds, which of two pieces grew mold first, which piece a mouse ate first, and so on. Coined from Greek roots tūros, cheese + mancy, method of divination. (You all do know that necromancy is not originally performing magic on the dead but divining the future from the dead, right?)
