cymotrichous (cay-MO-truh-kuhs) - adj., having wavy hair.
Yes, there really is technical jargon for this. Coined by an anthrolopogist some time around 1905 from Greek roots cymo-, wave (also used in, for ex, cymometer, a wave meter) + -trichos, having hair, from thrix, hair. Why we're pronouncing an upsilon as "aye" is beyond me.
