This is, essentially, sesquipedaliophobia pumped up with a -monstro- and then a hippopoto- (in the sense of being large). Which leaves the question of whether a coinage of brachodiploticatyrranotriceratosausesquipedaliophobia would ever catch on. Wiktionary notes that it is "unlikely that this 15-syllable contrivance is ever used purely for its meaning."
