Or, possibly, of trains themselves, or even the rails. Like most phobias, a coinage from Greek roots: sideros, iron + dromo, running + phobos, fear -- fear of the iron-runner. As good a coinage as any, given the ancient Greeks didn't have trains (and so missed out on train station culture).
