No, really. More coverage. In case you're curious, the result is stuffed as if for pig and roasted on a spit. Etymology is obscure, though obviously the cock- part is the chicken -- but why three?

Hmm, a quick search suggests it's usually minus -h- and that the second half is mangled "grys." "Grys" is itself a bit bedeviled, though.
