prettygoodwordcrudivore (CROO-di-vohr) - n., someone who eats raw food.
Note the long U sound -- they aren't eating crud, but rather what's raw/unripe, or in Latin crudus (cognate of, yes, crude, but if you drop back to PIE also of raw itself). This is a relatively new word -- it appears in no dictionary I can find, but there's enough hits on uses in the wild to suggest it might make it soon.
