trypophobia (tri-puh-FOH-bee-uh) - n., an irrational fear of or aversion to holes, especially small holes in a cluster.
Such as honeycombs, lotus seed-heads, and so on. This is not an officially recognized phobia, but there are enough studies to show it's a real thing in some people. The word was coined in 2005 from Greek roots trĂºpa, hole + phobia, fear.
