prettygoodwordchiffchaff (CHIF-chaf) - n., a common Eurasian warbler (Phylloscopus collybita) with yellowish-brown plumage.
Another where the name is imitative of the call, though it shows up interestingly late for that kind of origin: 1780. It looks like what used to be considered various subspecies are now being called separate species. Ornithologists, they get busy.
