zedonk (ZEE-dongk) - n., the offspring of a male zebra and a female donkey.
The most common kind of zebroids, hybrids of zebras and other equines. Others include zorse (zebra and horse) and zony (zebra and zony). Zedonks are also called zonkey, zebonkey, zebronkey, zebrinny, zebrula, zebrass, and zebadonk, per Wikipedia anyway, but I can't recall ever seeing any of those others. Coined in the early 1970s from the first syllables of zebra and donkey.
