euryvocalic - adj., containing all vowels including y once.

Not in any dictionaries, but I like it anyway. This was coined (from Ancient Greek roots eury-, wide, + vocalic, relating to vowels) around 2000 by Eric Chaikin , who also coined supervocalic for "containing all vowels except Y," both on the model of univocalic meaning "containing one vowel" (such as Mississippi). Unquestionably is almost euryvocalic, but if you allow phrases, things get a little easier: Chaikin gives as examples "daily double," "gated community," "greyhound racing," and "I hate you."
