anosmia (an-OZ-mee-uh, an-OS-mee-uh) - n., loss or impairment of the sense of smell.

Which, yes, is one of the common symptoms of Covid-19, along with loss of taste, which is the even-less-well-known ageusia. Generally, it's a symptom of some condition (such as neural damage) rather than a condition itself. Coined in New (i.e., Medical) Latin around 1800 (and ported over very soon after) from Ancient Greek roots a(n)-, without + osmḗ, smell (akin to ozein, to smell).
