janiform (JAN-uh-fawrm) - adj., having a face on each of two sides.

Like Janus, Roman god of doorways, gates, transitions, and beginnings and endings, depicted as having a head with two faces looking in opposite directions.

two coins with janiform heads

His is the month of January, the start of the year, and he was invoked at the start and end of every Roman festival. His name comes from iānus, arcade/archway/arched door, from PIE *yeh₂-, go in as well as just go/travel.

Using this to describe a two-faced i.e. hypocritical person is also acceptable, given the god's name is also used for them.
