red-lipped batfish - n., a batfish (Ogcocephalus darwini) native to the Galapagos Islands and Peru, noted for its bright red lips and inability to swim.

Its fins are adapted to walking on the bottom of the ocean. It is closely related to the rosy-lipped batfish of the Caribbean, as well as the other batfishes. And, yeah, it has red lips:

Red-lipped, yup
Thanks, WikiMedia!

Frankly, I am disappointed that batfish are adapted to walk instead of having big batlike wings. Yes, they have wide body flaps that look vaguely winglike, but still.

Red-lipped batfish.
