metagrobolized

Past participle of a verb, to metagrobolize. This is older than I thought -- it was coined in French by Rabelais (c.1490-1553) as matagraboliser, to mystify, from Ancient Greek root mátaios, vain/futile, but when in early translation (c.1700) the first element was altered to meta-, possibly because that was more familiar.
I love the feel of this in the mouth. Metagrobolized.
